Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of AsterRivin products and services provided by ASTERRIVINGLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. The Agreement
By purchasing, deploying, or using any AsterRivin product — including AsterBill Engine, AsterVerify, AsterPay Orchestrator, AsterCRM, AsterLedger, AsterBuild ERP, AsterHRM, or AsterBI — the client enters into a binding commercial agreement with ASTERRIVINGLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U46909TS2026PTC220889), trading as ASTERRIVIN GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
2. Billing & Taxes
All fees are quoted exclusive of tax. An 18% Goods and Services Tax applies to every invoice under GSTIN 36ABGCA4089H1ZG. Enterprise clients may deduct applicable TDS against TAN HYDA42834B. All fees are billed and payable in advance of the relevant billing cycle.
3. No Refunds
All payments are governed by our Strict No-Refund Policy. By completing checkout, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy in full.
4. Service Levels
Availability commitments, support response times, and remediation procedures for each plan are defined in the SLA issued alongside the client's order confirmation. Service disruptions are remediated under the SLA and do not entitle the client to a refund.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rangareddy / Hyderabad, Telangana.
