No-Refund Policy
Effective as of 10 August 2026. Applies to all products and services offered by ASTERRIVINGLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. All Fees Are Final
Due to the nature of our services — including immediate server provisioning, software deployment, and API generation — all setup fees, monthly subscriptions, and annual licenses billed by ASTERRIVINGLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (trading as ASTERRIVIN GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED) are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies equally to the AsterRivin Starter, AsterRivin Growth, AsterRivin Operations, and AsterRivin Enterprise OS plans, and to any custom deployment or add-on service purchased alongside them.
2. Why We Do Not Issue Refunds
Upon order confirmation, infrastructure resources are provisioned, software instances are deployed, and API credentials are generated for the client's exclusive use. These actions incur immediate, irreversible operational cost and cannot be "undone" once initiated. Accordingly, no refund, partial refund, credit, or proration will be issued for unused time, early cancellation, change of business requirements, or dissatisfaction with a feature that was accurately described at the time of purchase.
3. Service Disruptions Are Handled Through SLA Remediation
If a client experiences a service disruption, the remedy is governed exclusively by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) applicable to their plan — which may include service credits, priority remediation, or extended support — and never a financial refund. Clients should raise disruption reports to SUPPORT@ASTERRIVINGGLOBAL.in so our engineering team can action SLA remediation promptly.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, instead of contacting us directly, will result in the immediate suspension of all associated services, API access, and deployed infrastructure, pending resolution. ASTERRIVINGLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to pursue recovery of any costs incurred as a result of an unwarranted chargeback.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
This policy, and any dispute arising from it, is governed exclusively by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rangareddy / Hyderabad, Telangana.
